We will ask about where you want to place cameras, your internet environment, and whether your property is owned or rented. This helps us plan non-destructive, no-drill solutions from the beginning.

メール・オンラインミーティング・または現地訪問（対応エリア内の場合）にて、より詳細なヒアリングを行います。間取り図やお部屋の写真を共有いただくことで、カメラの死角や配線ルートを具体的に検討します。
We conduct a more detailed hearing via email, online meeting, or on-site visit (within our service area). By checking your floor plan and photos, we identify blind spots and plan cable routes.

- コンセント位置とインターネット機器（ルーター・ONUなど）の場所

内容｜What happens in this step
ヒアリング内容にもとづき、カメラ台数・設置位置・配線ルート・録画方法（レコーダー／クラウド）などを整理したプランをご提案します。同時に、概算ではなく「この内容で施工した場合」のお見積もりをお出しします。
Based on the hearing, we propose a concrete plan including the number of cameras, locations, cable routes, and recording method. We also provide a clear quotation for that specific plan.

Once you approve the plan and quotation, we will fix the installation date. Nothing will proceed without your clear consent.
当日の基本的な流れ｜Typical schedule on the day
- ① 到着・設置内容の最終確認（10〜20分）
- ② カメラ本体の固定・配線ルートの処理（60〜150分）
- ③ レコーダーやルーター周りの接続・初期設定（30〜60分）
- ④ 動作チェックと画角の微調整（20〜40分）
穴あけ不要の施工について｜No-drill installation
賃貸物件や新築住宅では、壁に穴をあけない・ビス留めしない施工方法を原則としています。既存のビス穴やサッシ部分を活用した固定、クランプ・マグネット・突っ張りポールなど、原状回復しやすい方法をご提案・施工します。
For rental and newly built properties, we prioritize non-destructive mounting methods such as clamps, poles, or using existing fixtures, so you can easily restore the original condition when moving out.

カメラ1〜2台：目安2〜3時間／3〜4台：目安3〜5時間（現地状況により変動します）
お客様にお願いしたいこと｜What we kindly ask from you
- 設置予定場所付近の家具や荷物を、可能な範囲で事前に移動・片付けていただくこと
- 電源タップや延長コードが必要な場合は、事前にご相談いただくこと
- 当日は原則としてどなたかお立ち会いいただくこと
We work carefully to keep your home or office clean, minimizing dust and noise as much as possible during the installation.
内容｜What happens in this step
施工完了後、カメラ映像・録画・通知などが正しく動作しているかをお客様と一緒に確認します。そのうえで、スマホアプリやモニター、Echo Showなどへの表示方法・操作方法をわかりやすくご説明します。
After installation, we check live view, recording, and notifications together with you. Then we explain how to use the mobile app, monitor, and smart displays such as Echo Show.

内容｜What happens after installation
設置後も、映像が映らない・アプリの通知がおかしい・カメラ位置を少し変えたい、といったご相談に丁寧に対応いたします。設定変更のご案内や、必要に応じて訪問でのサポートも承ります（内容により有償となる場合があります）。
Even after installation, we support you with issues such as connection problems, notification settings, or fine adjustments of camera positions. Some on-site support may be charged depending on the work required.
